Automatic Dialling
Callview Clients has the unique Go-Spot icon; this allows each PC user to dial a highlighted telephone number by simply clicking the Go-Spot buttons.

And because the Go-Spot icon can be displayed at any position on the screen, it can be accessed whilst working on vital information from other people more quickly and easily, without interrupting task continuity.
You can also use the Go-Spot to quickly send an e mail. Just highlight an e mail address in your chosen application, click the Go-Spot, and an e mail will be opened for you in your chosen application.


Power Dialling
Callview Client can systematically work through a list of telephone numbers to be dialled by each extension, reducing call set up time and producing the appropriate on-screen display as each call is obtained.

Other Callview Client features include simple to use Teleconferencing management and a sophisticated Call Control suite.

Callview Client enables appropriate data to be displayed on the users PC (Screen Popping) when a call is taken from or made to a customer. Callview Client works by using both DNIS and CLI identifying the caller and service required. A combination of both CLI and DNIS allows Callview Client to access the right information and "Screen Pop" it to the right user.

Backend Integration
Callview Client integrates with your backend database using several technologies, to accommodate legacy applications as well as the latest advances.

Client's unique macro language provides keystroke and DDE integration functionality. This allows the Client to integrate with both MS-DOS, 16 bit, and 32 bit applications running under Microsoft Windows. Support for Microsoft VBScript and JScript, along with the Client Active X control enables automation support for newer applications, such as Microsoft Access.
