    Our Customer Support Centre is designed to ensure you receive efficient support when you require it. PSU have attained ISO 9001-2000 registration and are audited every six months by British Standards to ensure we continue to provide an efficient service to all of our customers.

    If you log a fault our In-house resources are available in the first instance and every attempt will be made to rectify your query over the phone. Should your call require an engineering visit the necessary resource will be despatched immediately ensuring the query is dealt with within the contracted time.

    Our Support Centre is operational from 8.30am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. Extended cover is available should your business require support outside of office hours. Our extensive in-house parts and systems stock ensures we can offer guaranteed response and fix times. This includes On-site engineers, 24*7*365 availability, remote diagnostics, telephone support, parts stored on-site and complete unit replacement and loan equipment.

    A popular service often requested by customers is our Server Monitoring Service. Real-time analysis of a servers performance is critical to many organisations to ensure their business continues to operate efficiently.

    PSU Server Monitor is secure and easy to install. The software can provide statistical information on important aspects of your server and will also provide details on how to solve problems.

    It has been designed to be very simple to install, in fact, you don't need to be technical. A valid email address to receive notifications is all which is required.

    PSU Server Monitor will check and report on these aspects of your server -
    Disk Space (If you are running low of disk space)
    CPU (If the CPU runs high for too long)
    Services (If services stop, you will be informed).
    Success/Failure of a back-up.
     

    We can offer this additional service in-line with any of our support options. From the data retrieved you are able to analyse historic trends and plan effectively for the future.

    Should any individual server performance levels be breached, you are alerted by a support engineer or via an automated SMS service direct to yourself or your Network Administrator.
