As a standard, PSU’s contractual response times are 2, 4 and 8 hour, Monday to Friday 09.00-17.30, although, as all companies are different, we can provide tailor made contracts to suit clients’ requirements, offering a more effective and efficient solution.

All service calls are administered from our computerised control centre. The distribution of engineering resources provides UK customers with contractual options from 2 Hour Response to a time and materials service for ad hoc work.
