Leanne Dix - Call Control

Leanne is the baby of the company, always there at the end of the phone when you, our dear customers, have a problem. She may well be the youngest but you can be assured that when Leanne shouts the engineer’s jump. She has been with the company for about 5 years and when she's not organising the business and social lives of the PSU staff, Leanne is a keep fit fanatic getting up at 5.30 every morning to go to her local gym.
In Leanne's own words, “It gives you happy juice and is a great way to start the day. It really gets the blood flowing and any agro or stress that I have going on, I can take out on the punch bag and not my friends at work; which is good news for them!”
Leanne has been training for 6 years and has a personal trainer that she works out with each week. As well as the physical side of things Leanne spends a lot of time planning her diet with the right kinds of food. This also includes around 6 litres of water everyday from the office water dispenser (No wonder she’s up and down like a yoyo). Leanne has always been motivated to get things done; she had her own house by the age of 19 and is currently zipping about in her new Vauxhall tigra. So good for you girl.
Leanne has built up a close relationship with all our customers. It definitely helps to have an outgoing personality and be able to juggle a number of tasks at once, Leanne does this with ease. Customer care is something we take seriously at PSU and the professional handling of customer queries and the efficient allocation of resource to meet contract times is vital. Leanne says of her role “Everyday is different, treating every customer as an individual and getting to know customers on a first name basis and delivering an efficient and effective service is what I try to do everyday” My goodness I think Leanne maybe after a pay rise!!
