We must point out that this edition was written specifically for the US market and hence a minority of the content is not relevant for the UK. It also makes references to Avaya Multi Vantage and Definity at the largest sizes, however the books content can equally be read with the Avaya IP Office in mind, which is just as relevant for small to medium size businesses in the UK.
